About the Role
This role provides expert commercial advice and leads endtoend project procurement and contract management for renewable energy storage and operating assets. Youll partner closely with development delivery engineering and operations to optimise commercial outcomes manage risk and drive performance across the local supply chain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading administration and management of key contracts across development and delivery phases
- Optimising commercial terms and conditions to appropriately manage risk and support business objectives
- Coordinating tendering supplier evaluation and contract negotiations for development consulting construction operations and maintenance scopes
- Establishing service level agreements and resolving contractual issues with suppliers and consultants
- Providing commercial inputs to project financial models and defining each projects contracting strategy
- Building strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to lift performance cost quality and safety
About you
You thrive on strategic sourcing supplier partnerships and negotiating complex delivery contracts that enable renewable projects to succeed. Youre passionate about driving commercial excellence in procurement and want to make a tangible impact in the renewable energy sector.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Law Project Management or a related discipline.
- Proven commercial acumen across contract strategy development negotiation and administration in renewable energy.
- Handson experience forming and managing EPC and split scope delivery contracting.
- Deep understanding of procurement principles and industry best practice.
- Influential stakeholder manager with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and driving outcomes in fastpaced environments.
