Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items following Villa Antonios recipes standards and presentation guidelines.

Operate and maintain various kitchen equipment including grills fryers ovens and sauté stations.

Assist in food prep including chopping marinating and portioning ingredients.

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner especially during high-volume service hours.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure a smooth service.

Follow all health and safety regulations including proper food storage labeling and disposal.

Assist in inventory management by properly storing and rotating ingredients to minimize waste.

Uphold Villa Antonio Winerys commitment to quality presentation and consistency in every dish.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a line cook prep cook or in a similar role preferred (restaurant winery catering or banquet experience is a plus).

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques knife skills and food safety practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.

Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
