Your Role on the Team

Prepare food ingredients in dynamic production environmentsdrying freezing grinding and packaging.

Operate equipment with care and precision ensuring quality and consistency.

Maintainhigh standardsof hygiene and food safety.

Support a safe and clean workplace by following protocols and using protective gear.

Engage in hands-on tasks including lifting materials (up to 50lbs) with team support and standing throughout your shift.

Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive respectful work environment.

Contribute to a flexible and team-oriented environment by performing other duties as needed to support production goals safety standards and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED.

A team-first mindset and willingness to learn.

Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.

Previousproduction experience is a plus - but not.

Physical Requirements:

Ability tolift upto 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending kneeling climbing and pushing equipment

Comfortable working in varied environments (dusty cold hot humid wet or loud).

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators hearing protection eye protection and head protection.

Expected Pay Range: $18.25 - $19.63 per hour
Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
