About the Role
NIQ is investing heavily to deliver our Full View mission and Consumer Panel Services is at the heart of this transformation. NIQ are seeing a significant increase in the number of clients interested in our enhanced panel proposition and our performance demonstrates the growing appetite across the FMCG client community for integrated solutions and an increasingly compelling ROI proposition.
We are seeking a strategic and influential leader to join our UK team as Expertise & Consulting Director (Maternity Leave cover). This role is pivotal in positioning NIQ as the partner of choice for shopper and consumer insights driving thought leadership and shaping advanced analytics solutions. If you are passionate about influencing industry conversations building senior client relationships and delivering measurable impact this is your opportunity to lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership & Industry Influence: Drive NIQs reputation as the leading voice in consumer and shopper insights through webinars social media and industry forums. Create and deliver forward-thinking content aligned with emerging trends.
Client Engagement & Pitch Impact: Partner with commercial leads to co-create client engagement strategies (servicing pilots creation and delivery of strategic insights and more) and deliver compelling pitches that increase Consumer Panel win rates.
Expertise Development: Upskill NIQ client-facing teams in insight storytelling and advanced analytics ensuring best-in-class response to client key business questions that reinforces NIQs equity with clients to grow their footprint with NIQ.
Product & Analytics Innovation: Collaborate with Product Leadership and Analytics teams to shape advanced consumer panel solutions own local packaging and create client engagement materials that unlock new revenue opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Customer Success Commercial and Operations teams to ensure NIQs Consumer Panel proposition is fully realized across priority clients.
Ideal candidate would have:
Deep expertise in consumer and shopper panel data (NIQ Homescan Kantar Worldpanel loyalty card data).
Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering impact through Thought Leadership.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic negotiations and client engagement.
Exceptional communication skills including public speaking and original content creation.
Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and solve complex client challenges.
Experience in FMCG insights and advanced analytics solutions.
