Job Summary
Casino Dealer Trainee School
We are now accepting applicants interested in attending up to 6-week Dealer Trainee Program designed to prepare individuals for a career as a casino table games dealer.
This posting is intended for candidates who are interested in training and skill development leading to potential employment upon successful completion of the program.
Program Details
- Length: Up to 6 weeks
- Purpose: Training to become a casino table games dealer
- Compensation During Training:
- This position does not include an hourly wage
- This position does not include benefits

Post-Training Employment
Successful trainees may be eligible for employment as a casino dealer following program completion and approval.
Completion Incentive
Participants who:
- Successfully complete the up to 6-week class
- Pass the dealer audition
- Able to meet licensing background and screening requirements;
- Will receive a sign on bonus of $250.00 once hired
- and $250.00 after 90 days of employment
- and $500.00 after 181 days of employment.
