Job Summary
Join our Founders Club team as a Full-Time Bartender and showcase your mixology skills in a sophisticated and elegant setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails wines beers and non-alcoholic drinks with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu including ingredients recipes and recommendations
- Present menus make recommendations and answer questions regarding food & beverages
- Remain attentive to the needs and requests of the customers
- Treat customers with courtesy and respect
- Learn the names and personally recognize guests
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel luxury restaurant or upscale bar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques beverage trends and a wide range of spirits wines and cocktails
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
- Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
