At DKB Code Factory we design digital banking experiences used by millions of customers every day. As a Product Designer you will help shape how customers interact with AI-powered features that simplify complex banking journeys reduce friction and enable effective self-service.
You will work closely with product engineering data and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive accessible and scalable user experiences. A strong focus of this role is designing AI-enabled interactions (e.g. DKB AI AssistantPostfach profile and communication touchpoints) and continuously improving them based on real user behavior and data.
This role combines discovery hands-on design and iterative optimization; ideal for someone who enjoys shaping product vision validating ideas with users and seeing their work make a measurable impact in production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-enabled customer interactions including the DKB AI Assistant.
Lead and contribute to discovery and vision workshops for key banking touchpoints such as Postfach profile and communication flows.
Design end-to-end UX flows and iterate based on validated user feedback analytics and technical constraints.
Drive continuous improvement of launched features using customer insights support data and performance metrics to increase self-service and task completion.
Prepare clear design handoffs specifications and documentation to enable smooth collaboration with development teams.
Advocate for accessibility responsive design and consistent use of design principles and the design system throughout the product lifecycle.

Deliver at least one AI-enabled interaction to production demonstrating measurable improvements in user effectiveness and/or reduced support demand.
Actively contribute to discovery and vision workshops co-creating clear vision and mission artifacts for key banking touchpoints.

Design and iterate end-to-end UX flows for Postfach profile and communication experiences with validated improvements in usability and user satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement cycles for launched features using analytics customer feedback and support data achieving quantifiable gains in self-service usage and task completion rates.
followingqualificationswouldbeinlinewithourdesiredprofileforthisposition:
3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design ideally within digital banking fintech or complex digital products.
Proficiency with Figma (including FigJam and Figma Make) as well as experience working with design systems.
Experience collaborating in agile cross-functional product teams.
Solid understanding of UX principles accessibility standards and responsive design.
Ability to translate complex requirements and constraints into intuitive user-centered solutions.
Proactive collaborative mindset with a strong interest in continuous learning and improvement.
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
