The Platform Lead is in charge of managing the restaurant platform team. The team oversees the onboarding process for new venues including creating restaurant menus on Wolt platform setting up POS integration ensuring legal compliance product capabilities and partner assortments taking into account the operators user experience interface and product abilities. Additionally the team ensures menus are up-to-date and supports partners with menu updates.
What youll be doing
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Manage and nurture the platform team (10 employees) which includes team meetings one-on-one sessions providing feedback and daily mentoring to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain close working relations with the members of the team and members of the restaurant team (Sales and Account Managers).
- Implement new processes systems and features in close collaboration with the product team.
- Ensure restaurant team members have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles and ensure all current practices are up-to-date.
- Responsible for team efficiency measurement (such as total time to onboard handling time and number of onboarding/updates per month) and team development.
- Make sure your team meets KPIs and provides performance feedback.
- Identifying bottlenecks and improving onboarding workflows consistently.
- Solve day-to-day problems and prioritize team tasks.
- Plan manage and implement projects related to the role (for example transferring to a new system creating an onboarding process etc.).

- Monday and Looker knowledge.
- Experience working with integrations and POS companies.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Understanding of the restaurant industry including knowledge of industry trends challenges and restaurant needs.
- An excellent organizational skill set.
- Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo to improve processes and performance.
- Experience in improving and implementing processes.
- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experienced in working with data and Excel (Vlookup Pivot Concatenate etc.).
