This role can be based in either our New York or Piscataway NJ office

Scope:

Join our dynamic Brand Marketing team as a Project Analyst and become the driving force behind our commercial success! Youll be a critical partner for Marketing by ensuring seamless project execution providing invaluable support throughout the commercial process and constantly seeking ways to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

As a key player in our Project & Process Management (PPM) Team youll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments including Design Supply Chain R&D Packaging Legal Regulatory and Finance to bring our vision to life and elevate our commercial excellence to new heights. Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

The Project Analyst will lead the Marketing execution of multiple concurrent key projects. Exact responsibilities per project will depend on scope and alignment with the Brand Marketing team and may include:

  • Proactively coordinate project initiation planning and alignment of scope with Brand Marketing team and cross functionals

  • Manage and communicate project timeline issues and risks; track progress; close communication with Brand Marketing and Supply Chain (or other timeline owner)

  • Coordinate and facilitate team communication/ flow of information and decision making between cross-functional teams and with Brand Marketing team

  • Lead project deliverables such as copy sheets and artwork routing initiation

  • Drive project to completion from a Marketing execution prospective and successfully hand off to downstream cross-functional teams

Commercial Process Support:

The Project Analyst will also own commercial process support in areas such as the following (but not limited to). Exact responsibilities will be assigned based on PPM team needs.

  • Execute artwork project initiations within system for the Brand Marketing team proactively promoting Right the First Time routing and acting as an effective gatekeeper

  • Support Smartlabel process improvements and be the key Marketing lead for cross-functional team ensuring compliance

  • Streamline and shepherd the sale sample process by guiding brand team execution streamlining information highlighting risks to timing

  • Lead portfolio management for team by driving the collection of data and leading the analysis

  • As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) proactively share learnings and take initiative in identifying opportunities to drive team efficiencies and growth

  • Understand additional key commercial processes and backup other PPM team members as needed

Continuous Improvement:

As a dedicated PPM team member it is important to drive continuous improvement and find ways for individuals and teams to work more effectively and efficiently. With a holistic viewpoint the Project Analyst is encouraged to proactively identify and lead continuous improvement efforts as well as support improvement efforts identified by the Marketing team to drive transformative change.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Supply Chain preferred

  • 3 years of experience in project management process improvement or a related analytical role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to artwork and design processes an advantage

  • Working knowledge of Smartsheets Microsoft Project or other PM tool

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clarity and build strong relationships with partners across the business (e.g. Marketing Design Supply Chain R&D etc.)

  • Proven ability to lead projects manage timelines and proactively identify and solve potential barriers.

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience leading an analysis and effectively communicating the results to stakeholders.

  • Intermediate proficiency and demonstrated competence in Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides)

  • Understanding of or exposure to enterprise systems including SAP

  • Experience working within fast-paced multi-functional teams with exposure to commercial processes


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86000.00 - $121000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
