Frankfort Animal Hospital is a busy well-established small animal hospital in Frankfort Kentucky committed to providing exceptional care and outstanding client service. We are a multi-doctor practice that has proudly served our community for over 50 years and were looking for a friendly organized and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

Our reception team is the heart of our practice. As the first and last point of contact for our clients youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming compassionate experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time receptionist with previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred (but not required). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working with people and can juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
Communicating clearly with clients about services and hospital policies
Supporting the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations
