As the Growth Marketing Manager you will be an important driver in helping our marketing product and engineering teams grow the future of Roblox. We are seeking a passionate and driven Growth Marketing Creative Manager to support the execution of growth marketing campaigns. You will be a key player in driving product adoption increasing revenue and shaping the future of our ad platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the performance advertising landscape excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach.
Youll partner with growth marketers data scientists product managers engineers and leaders across the company to grow Robloxs user base re-engage users and drive successful campaigns. You will report directly to the Senior Manager Growth Marketing Ads.
You will:
- Support the development of innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage users while maintaining brand consistency. This involves app stores paid channels paid influencers and more.
- Work with internal and external creative agencies to create high-quality marketing assets including video digital social media and experiential content.
- Manage the day-to-day creative optimization analysis and performance read out across channels.
- Partner closely with both cross-functional teams (growth marketing marketing creative studio product communications) and external agencies to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in design technology and youth culture particularly within the platform and gaming space.
- Collaborate with external/internal agencies and vendors as needed to execute creative projects.
- Work with team members to find opportunities to optimize the creative operation process.
You have:
- 5 years of experience in a senior creative role with a strong background in the design and marketing space
- Gaming/Platform passion: A genuine passion for gaming and immersive experiences
- Expertise in growth marketing or user acquisition with a focus on the user funnel.
- Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work.
- Strong understanding of incrementality coefficients ARPU and user LTV.
- Analytical and quantitative mindset. Data-driven results are at the forefront of all decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships to inspire and get buy-in to influence the creative roadmap able to work effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of up-to-date ad tech (Gen AI etc) and advertising products to yield scalability.
