Senior Manager – Financial Services, Non Financial Risk Management

What Your Days Will Look Like:

• Lead the delivery and management of client advisory/ consulting engagementswhich includes management of Protiviti and client staff.

• Project andProgrammeplanning and tracking including reporting qualityassuranceand presentation to clients.

• Assistancewith the development of engagementmethodologyand procedures some of which will be generic and others more specific including aspects of regulatory requirements and supervision operational risk frameworks and assessments governance issues including enterprise risk management and subject matter internal audit reviews

• The development of proposals and bid materials for client advisory/ consulting engagements primarily within the regulatory compliance team

• Support withthe development of client advisory/ consulting engagement opportunities

• Manage Protiviti and client staff in line with our risk management practices for the successful delivery of client projects

• Development of Protiviti propositions market brand and thought leadership including white papersFAQsand other marketing materials

• Develop new relationships and work with the Managing Director/s to enhance and run existing relationshipstomaximiseProtivitis coverage and drive sales opportunities

• Liaise with other offices globally toleverageoff current contacts and to provide a considered and consistent approach to the market

• To work with the wider FSI team to grow the business through identification of sales opportunities and ensuring the professional execution of client engagements

• Enhance technical and operational knowledge through coaching from team and industry specific training/ seminars/ forums. Ensure this knowledge is shared with team members.

• Experience of managing and developing staff

Remunerationand Benefits

Starting salaries are competitive and arebased on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in thesalaryrange is dependent upon experienceskillsand geographic work location.
