What will you do

AsRegional Field Marketing Manager Italy you will work at the intersection ofstrategy and execution. Youll be responsible for driving localized marketing programs across a diverse and dynamic region partnering closely with sales global campaign teams and the wider EMEA marketing organization. This role offers the opportunity tolead impactful programs adapt global campaigns for local success and gain visibility in a fast-evolving marketing ecosystem.

How will you do it

Local Execution with Business Impact

  • Plan localize and executemulti-channel demand generation programsthat generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Build and manage campaign calendars aligning closely withsales leadersto ensure marketing programs support business priorities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Head of Marketing to implement strategic initiatives and adapt them forItaly.

Funnel-Focused Performance

  • Ownend-to-end campaign execution from planning to performance analysis.
  • Monitor analyze and optimize marketing funnels ensuring every tactic is tied to measurable outcomes (MQLs SQLs pipeline contribution).
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and share insights with local and regional stakeholders.

Global Collaboration Local Relevance

  • Collaborate withglobal marketing squadsto localize and land strategic campaigns in the regionensuring cultural and market relevance.
  • Provide feedback and insight to global teams on customer behavior market trends and competitive activity.
  • Act as a connector betweencorporate strategy and local market dynamics ensuring the voice of the market is consistently heard.

Field Enablement & Sales Alignment

  • Partner with the sales team to support sales enablement and event execution.
  • Deliver content and tools tailored to local buying behaviors and customer needs.

What we look for

  • 6 yearsof experience in B2B marketing preferably inindustrial technology smart infrastructure or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience withdigital marketing campaign execution and lead generation tactics.
  • Strong understanding ofsales funnels campaign metrics and marketing automation tools.
  • Ateam player with a performance mindsetdriven by impact not ego.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with sales product and global marketing teams.
  • Fluent inItalian; Proficiency in English additional European languages are a plus.
  • Based inMilan area with the ability to workin-office at least 3 days/week.
