JOB SUMMARY:
The Coordinator Sales Administration role provides both administrative and field support to the Sales Team and is essential to the successful execution of sales initiatives. This position supports trade partners assists with the coordination of group sales and events and helps facilitate sales-related activities across multiple channels. Additionally this role increases visibility and awareness of Universal Horror Unleashed by providing grassroots support and serving as an ambassador for local sales and marketing initiatives activations and community outreach efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide core administrative support to the Sales Team including vendor setup client onboarding processing complimentary ticket requests filtering and routing marketing requests calendar coordination and maintaining sales-related documentation and tracking.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events including trade shows weddings receptions and group experiences. Provide on-site event support such as setup group coordination and promotional displays working collaboratively with UHU teams including Entertainment Operations Technical & Show and other internal partners.
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows partner visits and sales activations serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. Ensure timely communication follow-up and fulfillment of requests and confirm all materials signage credentials and supporting assets are prepared and available as needed.
- Provide field and on-site support for sales initiatives including attendance and assistance at local conferences festivals vendor days and community activations. Support the coordination of site visits issuance of visitor badges and on-site logistics to ensure a positive partner and guest experience.
- Assist with obtaining quotes and coordinating the ordering of sales support items including promotional swag sales collateral and materials for desk visits and partner engagements.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities (KSAs) required.
- Familiarity with SalesForce CRM and event ticketing.
- Thrives working in a fast-past environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team and can collaborate between departments.
- Strong interest in horror entertainment and immersive experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

- Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Communications or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in the entertainment and/or hospitality industry in the Las Vegas market is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
