Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an on-call Golf Starter/Marshall for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club at the Canyons Golf Course!

If you love hospitality creating amazing customer experiences and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!

• To perform the duties of greeting starting club cleaning picking range balls from the practice facility and transferring clubs to various locations
• Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings
• Assist the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments
• Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards
• Assist with the protection of all assets including security of the guests golf clubs and rental clubs
• Responsible for providing continuous detailing and maintenance to the golf course equipment and facility (e.g. golf carts workstation practice range emptying trash receptacles etc...)

• Working knowledge of the game is strongly preferred
• Must have high standards for guest service and maintain a welcoming demeanor
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds of golf clubs/buckets of practice balls
• Must be able to operate a golf cart
• May be subjected to adverse conditions - rain wind sun extreme heat and cold
• Must be able to operate golf cart range picker GPS and hand radio
