About the Position

At Au Vodka we dont do boring and that includes finance. Were looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to help power our next phase of growth. This role sits at the heart of the business turning numbers into insights supporting fast decision-making and keeping our finances as premium as our product.

Youll work closely with senior leadership operations and commercial teams to make sure the brand scales smartly profitably and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clear actionable financial insights to support commercial and operational decisions
Own budgeting forecasting and variance analysis across departments
Support cost control margin analysis and profitability reviews
Partner with sales marketing and supply chain teams to track performance and ROI
Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors
Improve financial processes controls and reporting as the business scales
Support ad-hoc projects in a fast-moving high-growth environment
Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L balance sheet and cash flow analysis

Essential Skills & Experience

Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a management accounting role (FMCG consumer brand or high-growth business preferred)
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
Commercial mindset with the ability to explain numbers in plain English
High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
