The Opportunity
A supportive secondary school in Huddersfield is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join its well-organised Mathematics department. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their career in a structured and nurturing environment.
You will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 helping students build confidence problem-solving skills and resilience in numeracy.

Maths Teacher Key Responsibilities
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
Deliver clear and engaging lessons aligned to the curriculum
Use assessment to inform planning and intervention
Contribute to collaborative planning and moderation
Support students in achieving strong GCSE outcomes
The Ideal Maths Teacher
Degree in Mathematics or related subject
QTS (or due to obtain)
Secure subject knowledge and willingness to learn
Strong communication and organisation skills
Positive reflective and student-centred approach
