Job Summary
A welcoming and creative secondary school in Ludlow is seeking a Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026.
Drama plays an important role in the schools creative curriculum with strong student engagement and opportunities for performance-based learning.
You will be responsible for:
Teaching Drama across KS3KS4
Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting school productions and enrichment activities
Developing confidence in classroom and rehearsal settings
