About the Role:
We are supporting a leading automotive organization in the Mälardalen region that is currently expanding its vehicle testing capabilities. We are looking for a Vehicle Testing Engineer with solid experience in automotive development to join an advanced engineering team. You will be part of a Special Vehicles team working with military and defense-related vehicle this role you will be responsible for testing activities at vehicle or subsystem level contributing to the development verification and validation of complex vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle and/or subsystem testing according to defined requirements

• Plan execute and document test activities

• Identify deviations analyze results and report findings

• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to support continuous improvement

• Contribute to a structured and quality-driven test process

Requirements:

• Responsible self-driven and well organized

• Curious innovative and solution-oriented mindset

• Hands-on team player

• Valid C drivers license

• Nationality from a NATO country

• Proven experience in vehicle testing either full-vehicle or subsystem level

• Previous experience working with this type of customer environment

• Experience in full-vehicle testing

• Knowledge of defense requirements or a military background

• Valid CE drivers license
