Location: Kuwait
Salary: 900 KWD per month (approx. 2300 / $2950 USD) very strong commission
On-Target Earnings: KWD per month (approx. / $6200$6550 USD tax-free)
Contract: Full-time 6 days per week
We are recruiting for an experienced confident and highly professional Pilates Instructor to join a brand-new luxury Pilates studio launching inside one of Kuwaits most prestigious health and wellness destinations.
This is a rare opportunity to become a founding instructor in a premium small-group studio designed for high-end clientele delivering beautifully coached sessions in a calm elegant and results-driven environment.

The Studio & Classes
You will be working in a boutique high-end Pilates studio with a strong focus on Reformer Pilates alongside Tower and classical Pilates work.
The studio is intentionally small and exclusive with 68 reformers maximum allowing you to deliver exceptional coaching attention to detail and client experience in every session.
You will teach a mix of:
Small group Reformer classes
Private and duet sessions
Tower and classical Pilates where appropriate
What Youll Be Doing
You will be at the heart of this new studio responsible for delivering a premium Pilates experience every day.
Your role will include:
Delivering 34 Pilates classes per day (group & private)
Coaching clients across Reformer Tower and classical Pilates equipment
Creating personalised programmes based on client needs and goals
Delivering outstanding customer experience to a high-end clientele
Building strong long-term client relationships
Maintaining high studio standards including equipment care and presentation
Supporting studio marketing launches and special events
Salary & Commission
Basic salary:
900 KWD per month (approx. 2300 / $2950 USD)
Personal Training commission:
20% on the first 1500 KWD (approx. 3850 / $4900 USD)
50% on anything above 1500 KWD
(PT sessions sell for 2535 KWD each approx. 6590 / $80$115 USD)
Group class commission:
5% of all paid group class revenue
Example Monthly Earnings
Basic salary: 900 KWD ( 2300 / $2950)
PT commission (100 hours per month): approx. 1050 KWD ( 2700 / $3450)
Total monthly earnings:
1950 KWD ( 5000 / $6400 USD tax-free)
This is a genuine high-earning international Pilates role for strong performers.
Working Pattern
6 days per week
7 hours per day
All coaches receive two extra days off once per month
30 days paid holiday per year
Public Islamic holidays worked are paid as additional days
