Tasks
- Teach STEM subjects (e.g. Mathematics Computer Science Natural Sciences) at lower secondary level (Sekundarstufe I Gymnasium) in an engaging and interactive way
- Deliver lessons in English ensuring a high level of language immersion
- Design and implement creative teaching strategies that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and maintain a supportive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Strong background in STEM subjects
- German language skills at B1 level (mandatory); B2 level preferred
- Knowledge of Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is an advantage
- Previous teaching experience in an international or bilingual setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching methods
- Valid teaching license or certification is required
