Teamlead Operational Data Science (fmx) in Allergy Diagnostics

We need you for:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Operational Data Science team (currently 2 people)

Supporting the development and motivation of your team members

Improvement of the companys Data Science-structures in accordance with best practice

Coordinating and prioritizing projects and tasks in Operational Data Science and Data Engineering

Hands-on involvement in the analysis visualization and modeling of large datasets

Ensuring data quality and further development of the data architecture

Supporting the development and optimization of ML/AI prototypes and data science workflows headed by the Scientific Data Science team

Presenting results to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. publications conferences product development)

Documenting and continuously improving processes and tools

Your profile:

Completed studies in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a comparable field

Several years of professional experience in Data Science/Data Engineering with leadership experience

Excellent knowledge of Python R or Scala (preferably Python)

Experience with cloud technologies containerization and version control

Proficiency in database technologies (SQL analytical data warehouses)

Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Excellent command of English; German is a plus but not required

Motivation to drive innovative projects and work independently
