Compensation

$68000 $126000 annually

What Youll Do

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians
Greet customers listen to concerns and accurately write repair orders
Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
Estimate repair costs and explain services clearly
Consult with technicians on diagnostics repairs and alternatives
Communicate service updates completion times and recommendations
Advise customers on warranties maintenance and cost-saving options
Maintain strong CSI and repeat business
Ensure accurate documentation and payment processing

What Were Looking For

Proven Service Advisor experience required
Honda experience preferred but not required
Experience with Toyota Mazda Nissan or domestic brands welcomed
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Excellent communication customer service and organizational skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced service drive
