**This role will require regular travel so we are flexible on where the candidate is located as long as they are willing to travel. However it would be most convenient if they were located within 1-2 hours of Orlando since most of the work will be in that area. It is a commission based role **
Job Summary We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Podiatrist to join our healthcare team in Orlando Florida. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat conditions of the foot ankle and lower extremities providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities -
Diagnose and treat foot ankle and lower leg conditions including injuries deformities and infections

Perform medical and surgical procedures related to podiatric care

Evaluate patient medical history and conduct physical examinations
-
Prescribe medications orthotics and physical therapy as needed
-
Treat diabetic foot conditions ulcers and wounds
-
Educate patients on foot care preventive treatments and post-procedure care
-
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
-
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
-
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications -
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited podiatric medical school

Active Florida Podiatry License (or eligibility to obtain)

Completion of a podiatric residency program

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications -
Board Certified or Board Eligible

Experience in wound care sports medicine or diabetic foot care

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
