The Opportunity

• Weekly Zoom training scripts and support provided

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years professional experience (employed or self-employed)
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
• Excellent phone and communication skills including confidence using Zoom
• A genuine passion for continuous learning growth and personal development
• Strong English communication skills (all training and materials are delivered in English)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom
• Develop marketing strategies across various platforms
• Learn and implement lead generation techniques through social channels (with guidance)
• Conduct structured interviews with applicants/candidates over the phone (training and scripts provided)
• Arrange online Q&A / information sessions through follow-up appointments
• Mentor and support new clients providing guidance and training
• Utilise a variety of marketing methods to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand

Switzerland requirement: You must be able to operate in an independent contractor capacity in Switzerland (i.e. responsible for your own tax obligations and compliance requirements).
