Salary Range For Long-term Care Supervisor: $85000-$100000/yearly

Long-term Care Supervisor Opportunity:

Full-time direct hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Department: Long-Term Care
Some on-call rotation required

Long-term Care Supervisor Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership to promote safe efficient care coordination patient flow and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Foster positive professional communication with residents families physicians staff and visitors
Oversee scheduling risk management and administrative operations with the LTC unit
Manage the nursing department budget and approve invoices related to staffing contracts and operational expenses

Long-term Care Supervisor Qualification:

Active RN license
Minimum of 2 years of long-term care nursing experience
2 years of nurse leadership or management experience preferred
