Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury hotel based in Cape Town. Our client is seeking a professional and guest-focused Concierge to provide exceptional service and assist with all guest enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests ensuring a warm and professional first impression

Handle guest requests reservations and bookings efficiently

Provide information about local attractions services and events

Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly

Maintain a high level of service and anticipate guest requirements

Assist with luggage handling transportation arrangements and special requests

Record and report guest feedback to improve service standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment

Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Well-presented and professional

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Knowledge of local area attractions and services advantageous

Package Details

Salary: R12500 per month
