Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and personable Guest Relations Consultant to join the team at a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This live-in position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills a solid understanding of hospitality systems and a hands-on approach to guest service and lodge support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest check-ins check-outs and general guest communication
Ensure a seamless and personalised guest experience from arrival to departure
Assist with hosting guest activities and meals when required
Maintain guest records and manage bookings through hospitality software
Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
Handle guest queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar guest-facing hospitality role is essential
Strong communication and people skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Familiarity with hospitality software (experience with Benson or Tall Order is beneficial)
Drivers licence and own transport required
Flexible and willing to step in to support other lodge functions when needed
