The Health Data Strategy Chapter is where strategic planning meets implementation. We work closely with internal teams to define and execute Integrated Evidence Plans and their associated evidence generation activities in the form of data research projects. Collectively we generate the evidence to support regulatory and access data gaps maximize patient access improve the patient experience and inform clinical practice.
The opportunity:
Contributing to identifying developing and implementing operational process improvements.
Developing AI tools or proofs-of-concepts to enhance team efficiencies and streamline workflows.
Design training content to facilitate the knowledge translation of our core processes.
Support efforts to quantify the impact of our activities and bring a more metrics-driven approach to tracking outcomes.
Who you are:
Currently enrolled in a undergraduate program in Biology Life Sciences health sciences and closely related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A keen interest in the healthcare landscape data strategy and operational excellence.
Proficiency or a strong desire to learn about AI/automation tools is a plus.
A self-starter who is comfortable supporting both strategic and administrative functions.
Preferred:
Familiarity with AI tools
Additional Information:
Location: Based in Mississauga Hybrid (minimum of 3 days per week in the office).
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Internship.
Length: This position is a 4-month internship and is expected to begin in May 2026.
This position is not eligible for relocation support.
