Job Responsibilities
Under limited supervision from the canteen branch chief provide administrative and program support to institutional canteen managers warehouse operations & vending services.
Provide assistance to canteen managers by auditing & inspection of institutional canteens to ensure compliance with policies/procedures.

Ensure cleanliness proper stock rotation procedures unauthorized stock and security.
Verify accuracy of inventories & create appropriate adjustments.
Create & distribute audit results.
Conduct comprehensive training program for managers.
Provide support in the absence of & to vending services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in quarterly/annual inventories.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
State Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management public administration or administrative services or a bachelors degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:OR
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auditor and/or grocery store management experience preferred.
