Job Summary
- Manage and mentor Story Analysts and Readers
- Onboard and train new readers on coverage standards
- Assign incoming material to staff and freelance readers
- Maintain quality control across all coverage
- Ensure timely turnaround on priority material
- Maintain coverage databases and archival systems
Qualifications
710 years in story development editorial or related creative roles
Deep understanding of screenplay structure and storytelling craft
Experience managing and editing coverage
Excellent written communication skills
- 7 years of creative executive experience
- 5 years of series development experience
- 10 years of unscripted development and current programming in network/studio and production company roles experience
- Experience working with other departments such as casting production research PR business and legal affairs
- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
- Knowledge of the US media landscape
- Experience developing content that is award nominated or from a broadcast network or streaming platform

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
