Were seeking applicants for the following roles to join us in 2026:

• Project Manager Structures
• Project Engineer Structures
• Site Engineer Structures

Youll be a crucial part of our one team delivering major and one of a kind projects while developing your expertise in multi-discipline civil construction.

Our Civil Structures team is trusted to deliver some of the most interesting and challenging infrastructure in Hawkes Bay and Gisborne including several multi-discipline projects where youll have the opportunity to grow your skills across a range of construction sectors.

Upcoming works include one-of-a-kind projects bespoke bridges and large infrastructure delivered for local communities. The technical challenge and variety on offer ensure you can carve out a unique career path learning from some of the industrys best.

We also offer the opportunity to grow your professional network working with a diverse set of Clients sub-contractors and stakeholders across multiple sectors. These are vibrant people-focused roles where your ability to build relationships will be valued and expanded.

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications at various levels of experience for the following opportunities:

Project Manager Structures

• BE NZCE or Diploma in Civil Engineering (ideally Level 7/8 NZQF)
• 10 years post-graduate civil construction experience
• Proven track record of strong leadership and stakeholder relationships
• Robust commercial acumen including cost control and programming

Project Engineer Structures

• BE NZCE or Diploma in Civil Engineering (ideally Level 7/8 NZQF)
• 5 years of structural/civil construction experience
• Experienced in design and construct projects staff and subcontractor management
• Strong financial communication and technical skills

Site Engineer Structures

• Degree in Civil Engineering and knowledge of NZ standards
• 3 years experience in heavy civil bridges or concrete structures
• Full class 1 NZ drivers licence
• Exceptional organisational multitasking and health & safety skills
