What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and booking viewings
• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day negotiations
• Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
• Assisting with marketing and property listings
• Building long-term relationships with clients and buyers
• Working towards targets and KPIs

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role (essential)
• Background in Estate Agency or Lettings (beneficial but not required)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Well-presented articulate and confident
• Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Local knowledge of the area is a plus
