Port Orchard Ford is looking for a driven disciplined Used Car Buyer to help us aggressively grow our used vehicle inventory.

This role is not traditional car sales and is not a desk job.
This is an acquisition-focused position responsible for sourcing and purchasing vehicles directly from private sellers using platforms like Facebook Marketplace Craigslist and other third-party websites.

If you are persistent organized comfortable on the phone and motivated by results this role offers strong earning potential.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Sourcing vehicles directly from private sellers online

• Managing Facebook Marketplace Craigslist and similar platforms daily

• Making outbound calls texts and messages to potential sellers

• Following up consistently over time to convert conversations into purchases

• Negotiating vehicle purchases and coordinating appraisals

• Working closely with management to close acquisitions

• Creating short-form marketing videos (you must be comfortable on camera)

• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and follow-ups

Compensation

• Performance-based pay per vehicle purchased

• No cap on earnings

• Earnings are directly tied to results and consistency

• Training tools and support provided

Requirements

• Valid drivers license

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Comfortable using CRM systems messaging apps and social platforms
