As a Quality Manager (m/f/diverse) you will ensure compliance with customer requirements international standards and legal obligations while driving continuous improvement across plant operations. This role focuses on audits incident management quality reporting and supporting key projects to maintain and enhance overall quality performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support operational organization to achieve quality targets and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements international standards legal and contractual obligations
- Coordinate and manage internal/external incidents including proper documentation
- Conduct and support internal audits and launch management activities
- Maintain PLC process standards and participate in plant-wide standardization
- Create PPAP packages based on project documentation according to customer/internal requirements
- Support Run & Rate activities to meet customer expectations
- Consult plant management on quality policy and strategic topics
- Promote quality awareness and deliver training within the plant organization
- Monitor and report quality-related KPIs; drive improvement measures
Qualifications :
- Degree in engineering or equivalent education with a strong operational focus
- Experience in the automotive or railway sector with a focus on quality and production
- Knowledge of management systems (IATF 16949 ISO 22163 VDA standards customer-specific requirements)
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Practical Project and Process Experience
- Initial experience in quality or production environments
- Skills in project management lean management process improvement
- Very good proficiency in German and English with strong written and spoken communication skills
