• Provide a personalized banking experience to new and existing customers
• Proactively identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions
• Manage customer inquiries transactions and account maintenance with professionalism and attention to detail
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to offer comprehensive financial solutions
