The role of the product management organization is focused in three core areas; execution and delivery of product approved projects for new and ongoing initiatives support business development activities and support the execution and maintenance of the target operating model.
The product management team consists of product line and application subject matter experts as well as business analysts that will engage with business line owners business development client services CSM IT product development and project management office for direction and prioritization of initiatives.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Private Debt Operations Product and Technology teams in Singapore to ensure optimum system usage and remediation of system configuration / processing methodology
- Ability to triage and support the business as a subject matter expert in Private Debt Processing on Sentry PM system integrations between internal and external systems and resolve queries relating to integrations
- Working virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders irrespective of their location or time-zone.
- Support Product lead on Product roadmap items including system integrations platform enhancements and the roll out of new projects.
- Working closely with the system vendor to triage resolve and escalate tickets as and when needed
- Keeping up to date on the latest system innovations and delivering same where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivered.
- Support the business development and Client Integration teams to attract new business and onboard to the Target Operating Model.
- Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions including Investor reporting. This includes adhoc changes and also creating Investor reports and ensuring the operating model is followed by the Fund Accountants.
- Assist during the onboarding process as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience
- 3 4 years experience using the Sentry portfolio management platform (must have)
- Experience working in Loan Administration or related Alternative Investments products.
- Experience working with Private Debt systems such as Loan IQ Geneva or Investran is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates expertise in extracting business requirements using standard methodologies and procedures.
- Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests.
- Capable of modeling business processes to support product operational usage. Can produce artifacts such as process models use cases procedural guides and scenarios.
- Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and Word.
