Job Summary

We are currently offering an opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our R&D department for starting something remarkable as a R&D Smart Start!
Your contribution to something big:
- Actively participating in R&D projects and collaborate with teams
- Conducting necessary engineering calculations
- Contributing to projects by generating creative solutions
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Currently a 3rd-year or Masters student in the Mechanical Engineering department
- Available for a continuous internship period of at least 11 months
- Able to work at least 3 days per week at our Manisa Plant
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong interest in R&D processes and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
