Internship Area Sales

Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. a global leader in drive and control technologies is looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join its sales team at the Nonantola (MO) site.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment actively contributing to our companys sales and marketing strategies.

The intern will support the sales team in the following activities:

• Market and competitor analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to the market industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Customer management support: Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers managing correspondence and following up with existing and potential customers.

• Preparation of presentations and reports: Creating supporting materials for internal and external sales meetings including sales reports and product presentations.

• Database management: Updating and maintaining customer data and business opportunities within the companys CRM system.

• Sales team shadowing: Attending customer meetings (when possible and appropriate) to understand sales and negotiation dynamics.

Qualifications :

Education: You have to graduate in  Economics or similar.

Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.

Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
