Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- Food Handler Certificate & Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate. If you do not currently hold these you will be required to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
- At least 1 year of dietary/cook experience in a healthcare facility or commercial/central kitchen (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer-based documentation systems
- Understanding of good food preparation serving techniques and food safety and sanitation rules
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
- Ability to regularly push pull move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical and background check
- Schedule flexibility

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Short-term Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
