Feyer Auto Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Ahoskie this role you will provide on-site automotive maintenance and repair services to our valued customers ensuring their vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. You will work independently and be an essential part of our commitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models at customer locations
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes brake repairs tire services and battery replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used
- Manage tools equipment and vehicle inventory for mobile service operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and electronic vehicle issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training preferred
