Job Summary
AFL Telecommunications is a company dedicated to the assembly of fiber optic cables and a wide range of other state-of-the-art telecommunications products including conductor accessories fiber optic connectivity fusion splicing and testing and inspection equipment.
We are looking for talent for the position of: Manufacturing Excellence / Continuous Improvement Intern
Location: Apodaca NL.
Profile:
- Student in 8th semester or higer in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Must have at least 1 year or 6 months remaining to complete the degree.
- Experience not required.
Technical skills:
- English: B1 level or higher with at least a basic conversational proficiency
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD SolidWorks Pro-E.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support in the development of visual aids analyses evaluations and designs for various improvement initiatives as they arise.
- Provide support to process engineers in different activities.
- Time studies area measurements and line balancing.
- Support in meetings workshops training sessions or events within the Continuous Improvement department.
We offer:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 a.m. - 03:00 p.m.
- Monthly support: $10000 MXN.
