Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliableTruck Dispatcherto support long-haul transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills customer service experience and hands-on knowledge of dispatching long-haul trucks. This role requires close coordination with drivers customers and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch and monitor long-haul drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Communicate regularly with drivers regarding routes schedules and load details
Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status
Manage email communication related to dispatch operations load confirmations and issue resolution
Track loads and proactively resolve delays or service issues
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver logs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in truck dispatching preferably long-haul operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in email handling and basic computer systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Reliable detail-oriented and able to work independently on-site
