Whats on offer

We are seeking an experienced Spray Seal Forepersonto support us in our delivery of various projects in the Narangba region. Youll be a motivating leader who can support and empower spray sealing crews whilst ensuring the focus remains on safety and quality during the execution of work. You will contribute to the development and implementation of SWMS and lead pre-start meetings to address all site requirements. As well as assisting with scheduling forecasting procurement and management of materials plant personnel and subcontractors.

How will you connect to the role

Proven technical knowledge and track record of delivering profitability on Spray Seal related civil construction projects within a safe working environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
The ability to positively influence and lead a team.
A proven commitment to site safety.
Computer literacy with demonstrated ability to complete reports in a timely manner.
