As our portfolio continues to expand we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the companys continued growth.
Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will assist with the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance across all functions. This position will actively support Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll while also contributing to broader financial planning and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will be analytical collaborative and able to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will oversee daily financial transactions ensuring all activity is properly recorded reconciled and aligned with company policies. You will monitor cash flow prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting efforts to guide strategic decision-making. The position will also coordinate with external tax preparers and auditors to ensure compliance with all federal and state requirements.
Beyond the core accounting functions the Financial Analyst will provide recommendations on financial strategies investments and risk management helping leadership make informed data-driven decisions. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows streamline processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the companys financial operations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience with QuickBooks a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-financial stakeholders. Attention to detail integrity and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
