Position Summary
We are seeking an intern for the Transportation & Logistics Division during the summer of 2026 (10 weeks). This energetic self-starting individual should be seeking on-the-job experience in economic development government and policy ecosystem building and/or business attraction via lead generation. Interns will complete a project and develop a presentation to be shared with staff at the end of the internship. They will be part of an organization-wide cohort providing networking and professional development opportunities throughout the summer.

Pursuit of a bachelors or graduate degree in supply chain management social science (economics public policy or political science) data analytics (with experience in Salesforce) business digital marketing or related field is preferred.
The intern has the option to work: (i) full-time hybrid working a minimum of 24 hours per week (3 days) in our Norfolk office and up to 16 hours per week (2 days) from home OR (ii) part-time in person working a minimum of 24 hours per week (3 days) in our Norfolk office.
