Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative Greece (Relocation Support Offered)
Location: Greece Relocation support included (accommodation flight within EU)
Job Description:
We are looking for a native or fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will assist customers via phone email or chat delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English)
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional attitude
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Italian
- Good command of English (B1 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
