Job Summary
Work Location: 100% Onsite (Robinson Metro East Pasig)
Schedule: Shifting (Clinic Operations 6am-10pm)
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of Medical Laboratory Science Phlebotomy or equivalent health sciences course
- License / Certifications: MUST HAVE Licensed Phlebotomist or Registered Medical Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage
- OPEN TO FRESH GRADS WITH LICENSE: Med-Tech License is a MUST
Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable in infection control hygiene and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materials
- Understanding of veins circulation and human body systems related to blood collection
- Basic knowledge of phlebotomy tools centrifuges and sample storage requirements
Skills:
- Proficient in venipuncture capillary puncture and proper specimen handling
- Efficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory setting
- Ability to address challenging draws difficult veins or unexpected patient reactions
- Has good communication and people skills
