We are seeking an experienced Regional Class A Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting and delivering materials and equipment to construction and job sites with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and customer service. Candidates must have prior experience working for a company involved in fence installation as job sites and responsibilities closely align with this background.
This position offers overtime opportunities and a clear path for advancement including growth into a Foreman role.
Key Responsibilities

Operate rigging equipment to move and transport heavy materials and equipment

Load secure inspect tarp strap and chain loads in compliance with Federal Cargo Requirements
-
Complete pre-trip and post-trip DVIRs and submit documentation for DOT compliance
-
Maintain accurate digital logs and be prepared for DOT inspections
-
Plan and manage routes; communicate any delays issues or challenges to supervisors
-
Fuel vehicle and inspect equipment before and during shifts as needed
-
Maintain organized paperwork and cargo supplies to ensure smooth operations
-
Assist other drivers during load-outs to promote a safe work environment
-
Keep assigned truck and terminal work area clean organized and safe
-
Immediately report mechanical issues route problems or safety concerns
-
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer service
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years of tractor/trailer experience
-
Prior experience working for a fence installation company is required
-
Clean DMV record (no major at-fault accidents or commercial speeding violations)
-
Valid Medical Card
-
Ability to pass TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA)
-
Ability to pass required Drug & Alcohol testing
-
Experience with both over-the-road and city driving in all weather conditions

Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Rules and Regulations
-
Forklift loading/unloading experience is a strong plus
