Position Overview:

As a Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from our suppliers to our customers. You will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and materials. Your role will involve analyzing data identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

- Develop and maintain logistics metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends

- Collaborate with suppliers carriers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand

- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing

- Continuously review and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations

- Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of logistics software and systems such as SAP Oracle or similar

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Knowledge of transportation and safety regulations

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
